Michele Bachmann's former campaign manager says Michele Bachmann's claim that HPV vaccine causes "mental retardation" was "a mistake." Somewhere, Michele Bachmann remains indifferent and shrugs at the notion that a vaccine against human papillomavirus might save lives.

I’m no Bachman fan, but my understanding is she is not against the immunizations. She has said she is against a government mandate that forces all girls to not only get the immunizations (unless they opt out) but also that the girls must answer questions about their sexual history. Let’s get the facts straight, k?
